The room I rented was a suite it felt like a little apartment it was very clean and spacious and had comfortable beds. I also got to enjoy their hot tub and pool the water and the location of the pool was very clean... they don't have a regular buffet where you can serve yourself. They have two Spanish ladies that serve their customers they're Hot Breakfast and they did an excellent job in serving there customers they were very sweet and kind in serving. But you do still have access to the Texas Waffle, cereal and beverages. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus.

This hotel was Amazing. The staff was very accommodating. My son accidentally put the do not disturb sign out when we left for the day,but when we returned we asked for some towels and explained wheat happened they came and took our trash and brought us new towels no problem. The breakfast was by far the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book with Best Western Plus again. My son is in the Navy so we will be traveling more and booking more. Thank you Best Western Plus for making our trip a comfortable one.

I especially liked how helpful the staff was to accommodate us during our stay for our son’s Basic Military Training Graduation at Lackland: the map - the directions, the early morning breakfast on those early Mornings. The breakfast was SUPERB!!! I also enjoyed the hot tub and pool and work out room several times. The convenience of the hotel to the AFB was a definite perk! All was not too pricey for what you get, too.

The beds were very comfortable. Assorted pillows to choose from. Good quality bedding. Loved the continental breakfast..It was excellent. Good choices. Housekeeping did an excellent job on our room each day. Very impressive. Front desk gave us maps and recommendations for Lackland graduation.. Much appreciated. Very thankful Parking lot Very well lighted with security

It was a good location; however, there should have been already prepared sandwiches and coffee available for your guest that were attending the Air Force celebration. Also, when leaving out of your side door, your sidewalk is uneven and I almost fell.That uneven concrete is going to cause someone to fall and hurt themselves. Over all ,my stay was good!
